A long time ago, which really wasn’t that long ago, my son came into this world 6 weeks early. A tiny little Peanut….after multiple formulas to ‘get it right’ for his fussy tummy, our little nugget turned into a chonk-a-monk! 

He was most certainly not the biggest baby you’ve ever seen, but it was definitely LOVE at first brownie! 

Finding clothes to fit him was a pain in the you-know-what! Everything was either too tight or too big + hung down way too low. We just dealt with it but it always bothered me. Fast forward 2+ years and along came my daughter! We had the opposite issue with her. She was really long with a teeny tiny waist! One day I was putting 18-24 month pants on her and the length was perfect-yet she needed a 9 month waist. I searched + searched for clothes to accommodate this issue + got SQUAT!  It got me thinking and 💥 BAM💥 StringBeans+Potatoes was born!!!
